At Tiffanyshoeshop.com we are 100% committed to serving our customers just as we are when one enters our shop.

We carry out checks every day to help ensure that our website is kept as up to date as is reasonably possible. There may however be occasions that a particular item will not be available. In circumstances where we cannot supply a particular item we will issue a refund of the funds being held for the item in question.

All Prices shown on the site are in Euro incl. of VAT (21%). If an obvious pricing mistake is made on the tiffanyshoeshop.com website this will not be honoured on the website at the time the order is accepted.

We photograph all of our products carefully. The colour clarity will however depend on your PC monitor consequently we cannot guarantee colour tones. 

The website is available only to individuals and others who meet the Tiffany terms of eligibility.
 
  • Those with a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to Tiffany.
     
  • Those who have authorised Tiffany to process a charge or charges on their credit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase.
 
Purchases made on the website are for personal use of the buyer only and are not to be used for re-sale, commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit.
 
If we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment. (If the issuer of your payment refuses or subsequently refuses to or does not authorise your payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non delivery of your order.

Tiffanyshoeshop.com uses realex online payment service provider to ensure all payments are secure. Founded in 2000, Realex is a trusted source used by large and small businesses internationally. For more information visit www.realex.ie. At Tiffany we do not hold your credit card details on the website or on our customer database.
 
Payment can be made using all major credit cards. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by Tiffany. You must confirm that the credit card that is being used is yours. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
 

Order Confirmation
On order placement you will receive an email acknowledging your order details. This email is not an acceptance of your order.
 
Unless you cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation Policy below, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Tiffanyshoeshop.com will be completed when we despatch the items to you.

We reserve the right not to accept your order due to non-authorisation of funds, unavailability of stock, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out in the terms and conditions.

We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our: withdrawing any merchandise from the website whether or not that merchandise has been sold or for editing any materials or content on the website, refusing to process a transaction; or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.


Insurance
Tiffanyshoeshop.com via it\'s carrier insures purchases in transit until it is delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.


Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges
Please return goods to Tiffany within 7 working days of purchase.

Items returned outside the above time frame are accepted at the discretion of Tiffany.

Exchanged items will be sent out to you free of charge (max. 1 exchange transaction) in Ireland and the UK and at standard cost any where else in the world. For additional exchanges normal postage cost will apply.
 
Exchanges received outside of the above stated timescales are subject to product availability and the customer will incur any shipping costs for such exchanges. Any further returns of exchanged items outside the stated timescales will again be at the customers cost for shipping.
 
Tiffanyshoeshop.com will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn or damaged.
 
Cancellations will be refunded immediately unless goods have been dispatched, in which case the product will be refunded when goods arrive safely back at the Tiffany premises.
 
We strongly advise all customers to check all products thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags.

Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them to us via recorded delivery or secure courier.

In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.
